I’m the co-founder of Himalayas, a remote job board built with the end-user in mind. We’re doing that via three ideas:

  1. Deliver a great UX, focused on speed and efficiency: The average job board looks like it hasn’t been updated in a decade. Our goal is to make the experience frictionless, simple, and fast.

Prior to Himalayas, I worked on Product & Growth at UpGuard for just over two years. I introduced the concept of user retention and growth loops, shaped roadmap for four quarters, shipped over 30 features, and 8.5x’d organic traffic to the blog.

Prior to UpGuard, I was the first employee at Spaceship where I worked on growth, investments, and product. We grew the business from three people and no customers in 2016 to 40+ employees, more than 45,000 customers, and over $200m in assets under management when I left in 2019.

Spaceship raised over $20m from Horizon Ventures, Sequoia Capital, New Enterprise Associates, Valar Ventures, AirTree Ventures, and Grok Ventures.
